For this activity please think about your own health and well-being (hauora). What do you, or those in your family, do to stay healthy?

On your blog, share five things that you do to stay healthy and strong.

1. I have at least 3 venerable's a day 
2. I take my doges on a run most day's 
3. I go for a nice long swim most days 
4.I get at least 9+ sleep most night's 
5.I play outside allot at home with my brothers to keep active
