STOP POLLUTING !!!!

 A few weeks ago we had to write a speech about whatever we wanted it was a bit of a struggle for me to find something interesting to write about. But then I decided to write a persuasive speech  I was going to so my speech about why school uniform's should be band but then i thought that It was a common speech and that a lot of people have already written about it so then i decided to write about why you should stop polluting. 

Today Latham   showed our hole class how to use the screencastify so we all got a chance to read our speech out loud with expression. I have put my screencastify down bellow for you to watch.

Our hole world is turning into a rubbish patch are animal's are dyeing but we can stop this bye recycling.

My sales pitch

In class we have been given too tasks to choose from one of them were to read through a paragraph about house structures and fine out what is most important about that or we had to try and sell a house that was given to us.I decided to try and sell a house and this is what i came up with we got to make up were it was and why people should buy it. :)

Baking

Yesterday i made some rainbow cupcake i wanted to make them colourful but i dint know what colour to make them so i ended up with a hole bunch of different coloured they ended up to be the best cupcakes i had made it was really fun to be creative with them i put some cinnamon in them with some chocolate chips also got a bowl and put some of the cupcake batter into it and and put a colour of food colouring and and mad them different colours hope you like the look of them :)

flax crown

Today i have make a crown out of flax it was really fun to make and and i was really happy with the results it took me about 10 minutes
to make i did mess up a few time but i go it in the end. Her it is. 

outside art

Today i decided to do some art but not just ordinary art like drawing and painting. i wanted to do something different so i went outside and had a look around to see what i could use out of the garden to make something cool and funkier art this is my results. (no plant were hurt by making this)  :)

In class this week we are focusing on pets / animals and one of the tasks we had assigned for us was to mix 2 or however many you wanted animals together. We then had to tell the reader what they ate, what they liked to play and how much they cost. This is my mixed pet.

baking biscuits and cake

we have had a lot of fun in this lock down like playing monopoly and making big towers to play in but the best thing we did was bake. We have baked a lot of cakes and biscuits in this lock 
down and I have really enjoyed making them . her is how we made it . 



step 1:  put the oven on to 180 degrees                                       step 2: get all your ingredients out 



step 3: cream the butter and sugar together                  step 4: Then add the eggs one at a time 








step 5: add the bananas and beat                 step 6: stir the soda in to hot milk and add to mixture 










step 7: sift the dry ingredients in to mixture          step 8: fold the dry ingredient in to the mixture 










        step 9: scoop mixture into the prepared tin and leave to cook for about 10 minutes 


then after that you have a cake that looks a little like this

  Day 5 Activity 3: Choose your own week 3

I have chosen Thomas crapper because without his inventions we would still be using the old fashion long drops his amazing invention has helped everyone i mean i bet you all have a toilet in your house :)     
Day 5 Activity 2: Caine’s Arcade week 3 
For this activity we would like to know about your favourite game. It can be a board game, a card game, a game that you play outside with friends (e.g., rugby) or a quiet game that you play by yourself.
On your blog, tell us about your favourite game. What is it called? How do you play it?
my favourite game to play would probable be rugby because i enjoy it allot i stated playing when i was about 6 and loved it.
how to play:
there are two teams of 7 and in each team there are 4 backs and 3 forwards one team starts with the ball they have to touch there ankle with the ball then you try to get the ball to the other side without getting tackled. If you knock the ball on you have to get into a scrum and if someone kicks the ball out it's called a line out. The games last 40 minuets each way that all you need to know about rugby.

                                                              what a scrum is:                                                                                  a scrum is  something that you do in rugby when you knock on the ball. there are three people on each team that go into the scrum you have to rap you arms around your team mates and tuck you head in with the other team and some from the other team will get the ball and put it in the middle of the scrum both teams have to push to get them away from the ball so the other side can get it and try to get a try.     

what a line out is:

a line out is what happens if someone kicks the ball out.three people from each tea have to line up in front of the person with the ball after you in the lines the person with the ball with through it in the middle of the too lines and witch ever team caches it try's to get a try.

  1. Day 5 Activity 1: Ministry of Inspiration week 3


For this activity please watch this video about the Pasifika Aquabots competition that was held in Nelson. The students had to navigate their Aquabots around a swimming pool, collecting things and visiting different ‘islands.’

On your blog, tell us whether you would like to join an Underwater Robotics team at your school. Why or why not? 

I think it would be cool to join a underwater robotic club at school because I've never done anything like it before and i think that it would be fun to give it a go i would also do it to learn more about different parts of robot's and the way they move ect.

     Day 3 Activity 3: Need for Speed week 3

Speaking of fast, for this activity we would like you to design your own fast vehicle. It can be anything! Please draw your super-fast vehicle on paper or use an app to help you. If it was me, I would make my super-fast vehicle something that I could use to get to school and home again each day!

On your blog, post a picture of your speedy vehicle along with a written description of how it works. Tell your readers what your vehicle is made of, any special features, how fast it goes, and who might use your vehicle.

This car is like any ordinary car but instead it has flames coming out of the back of it and on the top it has a siren/lazier shooter and the windows are bullet proof and it also has a taser system all over it

I learnt that they do this for people i had no idea that this happens and i think that it is amazing what they are doing for people that don't feel like they fit in but they do and i think that that is awesome.
Day 3 Activity 1: Overcoming Adversity week 3


For this activity, we would like to hear about a time when you, or someone you know, experienced a challenge and overcame it.

I like the idea of living in a tiny house i think its a really cool how the place is set out and how the storage space are under the stairs b i would want to live in a tiny house for a maybe 2-3 years i wouldn't want to live in a tiny house for a really long time but yes i like the idea of it.

i though the coding app was okay i'm not a huge fan of coding but this app did help me i think that it could add some other things in it like not just shapes i wouldn't do                                  this in my one time i just found it a bit boring.

In this art work i see two sides a light side and a dark side i see wight beards going to the dark side and i see black birds going to the light side but they both collide in the middle on the left there is a castle and it look nice and happy and on the right side i see a dark and miserable tower witch doesn't look that pleasant.
